🍳 How to prepare?

  1. Prepare the asparagus – snap or cut off the tough ends.
  2. In a heated pan with 1 tbsp of ghee butter, sauté the asparagus for 1–2 minutes, lightly seasoning with salt.
  3. Grate a bit of lemon zest, add 80 ml of water, and steam the asparagus covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté briefly without the lid.
  5. Remove the asparagus from the pan, add the second tablespoon of ghee butter, and crack the egg. Salt it and cook for about 2 minutes – the white should set while the yolk remains runny.
  6. Place the egg on the asparagus and sprinkle everything with crunchy Spicy Seeds.
  7. Serve with slices of bread – preferably toasted!
