Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate statement within 14 days from the day of receiving the product in any form or, without issuing a written statement, simply by returning the product.
To meet the above deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement/product before its expiry to the address: Mipama, ul. Rogatka 14Z, 62-860 Opatówek, tel. 627670475, email: sklep@diet-food.pl.
The consumer expresses the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal also by returning the goods, following the procedures indicated above.
In the case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded. Anything provided by the parties shall be returned in its unchanged state. The return should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days.

The direct costs of returning the goods in connection with exercising the right are borne by the Buyer, unless the Store has agreed to bear them or did not inform the consumer about their right of withdrawal.
The costs of sending the goods are refunded by the Store, but if the Consumer chose a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the seller, the seller is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the additional costs incurred.
In the event of the Customer’s withdrawal from the contract, the Store will refund the product price within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s statement. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Consumer. The Store issues a written confirmation of the refund.
The consumer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract, unless the entrepreneur has proposed to collect the goods themselves. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods before its expiry.
The model withdrawal statement is available on the Store's website and is sent in the email confirming the order.
The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer in cases of: services with characteristics specified by the consumer in the order placed by them or strictly related to their person, services expressly tailored to the individual needs of the consumer.
