Terms and Conditions of the diet-food.pl Store
1. GENERAL INFORMATION.
- The owner of the online store www.diet-food.pl is Mipama E.Z. Szafarz s.j. Rogatka 14Z Opatówek 62-860, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
- The person placing an order is hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are posted on the Store's website. Changes cannot infringe on the acquired rights of Customers using the Online Store www.diet-food.pl. Changes do not apply to Customers who have already concluded a sales contract.

- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.diet-food.pl.
2. REGISTRATION AND LOGIN
- Customers can use the extended Services of the www.diet-food.pl website after registering and logging in with the access data provided during registration.
- Registration in the Service requires prior acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and providing true, current, and complete Customer data.
- Using someone else's data is prohibited. False or incomplete data is grounds for termination of the agreement.
- After registration, the Customer will receive confirmation to the provided email address and other required information.
- Each Customer may have only one Account. Creating more than one account requires the Seller's consent. Using other people's accounts is prohibited.
3. STORE OFFER
- The offer presented on the website is a commercial offer.
- The contract is concluded when the Customer accepts the Store's offer by placing an order.
- Prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT, excluding shipping costs.
- For each order, we include a receipt or invoice.
4. ORDERS
- It is assumed that the Customer has read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
- Only persons with legal capacity may make purchases.
- Orders are processed after correctly filling out the form and selecting payment and delivery methods.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives electronic confirmation.
- The Store reserves the right to verify the order by phone or email.
- Orders are processed no later than the fifth working day after the order is placed.
- In case of shortages in the order, the Customer will be informed about options for fulfillment or cancellation.
- If only part of the order is fulfilled, overpayments will be refunded to the specified account.
- In case of order cancellation, the entire amount is refunded.
- Ordered goods are shipped after completion and payment confirmation.
- In exceptional cases, the store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.
5. SHIPPING OF GOODS
- Shipments are made only on working days.
- Standard processing time: 1–2 working days.
- In exceptional situations, processing time may extend up to 5 working days.
- Available delivery methods: Courier (InPost, UPS, DPD), InPost Locker, Personal pickup.
- The choice of courier depends on availability.
- We have no influence over the delivery times of parcels by the courier.
- International shipping is only available to selected EU countries.
6. DELIVERY COSTS AND PAYMENT METHODS
- Delivery costs are borne by the Customer.
- Payments: traditional bank transfer, PayPal, Przelewy24 (card, quick transfer), BLIK, PayPo, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
7. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
- The Customer may submit complaints in writing or by email to the Seller's address.
- The submission should include the complainant's details and a description of the event.
- Complaints are processed within 14 days.
- The Customer will be informed of the resolution by email.
- The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
- The data controller is Mipama E.Z. Szafarz s.j.
- Details of data processing are included in the Privacy Policy, which is part of the Terms and Conditions.
9. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
- Service provision is indefinite; the Customer may close the Account at any time.
- A statement of contract termination can be sent by email from the linked account.
- The Seller may terminate the contract immediately if:
- The Customer violates the Terms and Conditions, or
- Provides false information, or
- Acts in a manner harmful to the Seller.
- In other cases, the Seller may terminate the contract with a 14-day notice.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions are announced on the website and by email.
- Changes come into effect no sooner than 7 days after announcement.
- Failure to accept the new Terms and Conditions gives the right to terminate the contract.
- Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code, GDPR, and the Electronic Services Act.
- Disputes are resolved by the competent court; consumers may use alternative dispute resolution methods.
- The Terms and Conditions come into force on 01.01.2023.
