✨ Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 300 g konjac spaghetti
- 2/3 eggplant
- 2/3 zucchini
- 2/3 red bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- piece of chili
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 ball light mozzarella
- 40 g Spicy Seeds mix

🍴 How to make it?
- Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces, place in an air fryer, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Konjac pasta – drain in a sieve and rinse thoroughly with water.
- In a pan, combine the pasta with the roasted vegetables and a little olive oil. Heat and transfer to a plate.
- Serve with torn mozzarella, fresh basil, and a sprinkle of Spicy Seeds.
