  • 300 g konjac spaghetti
  • 2/3 eggplant
  • 2/3 zucchini
  • 2/3 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • piece of chili
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 ball light mozzarella
  • 40 g Spicy Seeds mix

🍴 How to make it?

  1. Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces, place in an air fryer, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes at 180°C.
