Table of Contents
✨ What you’ll need (for 2 servings)
- 40 g rice drink powder
- 400 ml water
- 10 g chlorella
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 50 g chia seeds
- 150 g yogurt or vanilla cream cheese
- a handful of fresh raspberries
- 2 handfuls of strawberries
🍃 How to make it?
- Mix the rice drink powder with water thoroughly until you get a smooth, milky liquid.
- Add chlorella and honey – whisk everything with a milk frother until fully combined.
- Add chia seeds and mix well.
- Pour into two glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remember to stir 2–3 times during this time – chia seeds tend to clump, and you want the perfect consistency!
- After an hour, the pudding should be ready. Top with a layer of vanilla cream and sprinkle with fresh fruits – chopped strawberries and raspberries. Done!
🌱 Why it’s worth it?
- Chlorella is a superfood – a natural source of chlorophyll, iron, vitamin B12, and antioxidants.
- Chia seeds provide fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
- Rice drink powder is a light, plant-based alternative to milk – lactose- and gluten-free.
This dessert not only looks amazing – it also boosts energy, supports digestion, and helps with recovery. And it tastes like summer! 🍓💚
📌 Pro tip:
Want a vegan version? Swap the vanilla cream cheese for coconut yogurt or plant-based vanilla pudding.
Other fruits work well too – blueberries, blackberries, or apricots will give the pudding a summer vibe! 🌱
